3.5 Non-Transferability. Your account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in immediate termination of all associated accounts.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 68 Jili accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via approved Philippine payment channels including GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank, subject to availability. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
4.2 Deposit Conditions. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. 68 Jili reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account that matches the name on your 68 Jili account. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the Platform. Processing times vary by payment method.
4.4 Pending Bonuses. Withdrawals may be restricted if you have active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements. You may be required to forfeit any active bonus balance before a withdrawal can be processed.
4.5 Fraud Prevention. 68 Jili reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 68 Jili are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal limits. 5.5 VIP Program. Participation in the 68 Jili VIP Club is subject to separate terms and conditions. VIP status, points, and rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value unless explicitly stated.

9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 68 Jili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
9.2 68 Jili does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
9.3 In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain types of damages, 68 Jili's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13.4 Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
